We offer a **20-day return policy** for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging intact.

1. Eligibility
- Returns accepted within **30 days** of delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Clearance items are **final sale** and cannot be returned.
- Custom-made/personalized items are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

2. We will reply within 24–48 hours with a return authorization (RA) number.
3. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in our reply. **Do not send to the original shipping address.**
4. Include your RA number and order number inside the package.

3. Shipping Fees
- **Defective/Incorrect Item**: We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
- **Non-defective Return**: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Refund Timeline
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within **48–72 hours**.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow **7–14 business days** for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges
